Equipment Introduction
This production line is suitable for automated cold bending, cutting, flipping, and punching of steel template U-plates, and can also perform automatic palletizing of finished products at the back end.
Processing range: U-board width of 100-400mm, length of 500-2950mm.
Production efficiency: The production cycle of 2.7-meter standard board (without screw holes) is about 20 seconds, and (with screw holes) is about 30 seconds.
Compared to traditional processing, this production line only requires one person to complete, saving 2-3 people. It also eliminates the need for turnover before the product process and occupies less space, resulting in higher production efficiency.
