Scope of Application
The equipment is suitable for processing pull tab slots on 100-500 steel templates, and can simultaneously process 1-12 pull tab slots. The maximum distance between the first and last pull tab slots is 2700mm.
The positioning size can be adjusted by a factor of 50.
Efficiency: It takes about 4 seconds for all 6 heads on one side to fully open, and a total of 8 seconds for both sides to complete. The overall speed of the worker for material feeding and handling is about 30 seconds to process a product (depending on the worker's proficiency).
Suitable for all steel templates in the industry, different materials can be completed by changing the mold.
