This welding workbench is suitable for welding and processing steel template U-plates, with a length of 300mm~2850mm and a width of 100mm~400mm.
Equipment Introduction
The entire welding workbench is equipped with 10 swing arms that can be freely matched according to actual needs, and is composed of more than 40 cylinders of different sizes, matched with pressure regulating valves, speed regulating valves, and multiple control switches. For the convenience of operation, some pressure cylinders can be controlled separately.
The entire workbench surface is processed by a gantry machining center to ensure the flatness of the entire workbench surface.
Templates with a length of less than 1350mm can simultaneously clamp two pieces for welding, which can improve the utilization and production efficiency of the welding workbench.
The entire fixture design is very reasonable, with accurate positioning, and can be matched with robot welding or manual welding.
