Product Advantages and Features

This machine is suitable for punching holes in aluminum formwork floor panels, wall panels, internal corners, keels, and angle aluminum. It can punch up to 60 holes per stroke, with adjustable spacing in 50mm increments.

The punch does not require disassembly; changing the hole spacing does not require removing the punch.

The punch uses a ejector plate for alignment, ensuring the punch is centered on the die core and increasing the lifespan of the lower die sleeve.

The punch's stepped design features automatic alignment, ensuring vertical punching and concentricity of the punch and die core, preventing interference, punch breakage, and deformation of the ejector plate and lower die, which would affect the lifespan of the ejector.

The punch's pointed design generates both vertical punching force and horizontal shearing force during punching; this dispersed force reduces effort, and the slower heating of the hydraulic system results in more powerful ejection.

The hydraulic system uses a SY-63YCY14-1B axial piston pump, with a large displacement and faster cylinder speed, improving production efficiency. The punching completion time is 4 seconds.

The non-disassembly punch pull-out block features a spring-loaded latch that automatically engages when the block is open or closed, preventing displacement during punch vibration and avoiding damage to the machine caused by punch breakage due to misalignment.

Replacing the lower die sleeve does not require removing the ejector plate; simply remove the pad underneath the ejector plate for replacement, significantly saving replacement time.

The upgraded punch system is equipped with a safety protection device. If a worker's hand or other debris is inserted between the upper and lower dies, the machine will stop operating, fully protecting worker safety and preventing damage to the die from debris inside the mold.
