The workpiece is placed horizontally and fixed, and the robot arm holds the MIG welding gun to move to complete the welding of the workpiece weld.
Workpiece fixture: pneumatic tilting universal multi-rib positioning fixture is adopted. The workpiece is placed on the positioning platform, and the workpiece is restrained and positioned by the fixture, and the workpiece is pressed tightly to ensure the continuous welding of the workpiece. The workpiece fixture adopts pneumatic tilting type independent positioning structure; It can be moved and locked in both vertical and horizontal directions to facilitate the adjustment of workpieces with different specifications.
