The equipment is suitable for trimming the edges of U-shaped aluminum formwork panels, primarily targeting used U-shaped aluminum formwork panels. (See figure)
The use range of the equipment is 600-4000mm in length and 50-600mm in width. Place the U-shaped aluminum template on the platform at the front of the equipment. After pushing the U-shaped plate into the guide wheel, the equipment will automatically send the aluminum template into the equipment for correction. At the same time, the width can be set in the touch screen according to different widths, and the device will automatically adjust the device's board width according to the set value. The fastest operating speed of the equipment can reach 6m/min.
The equipment can reach a relatively flat and bright state after passing through 2 sets of wire wheels, 2 sets of milling cutter heads, and 2 sets of polishing wheels, and the milling cutter surface can be controlled within ±0.1mm of the set value. As shown in the picture
The equipment employs extensive sheet metal processing, protecting operators while minimizing dust and debris splashes during operation. A dedicated aluminum shavings vacuum cleaner is also included for dust and debris handling, saving time for later maintenance.
The feeding section utilizes multiple pressure rollers to ensure the sheet metal is perpendicular to the milling cutter during feeding. The width adjustment section uses servo motor control, resulting in higher adjustment precision and faster speed.
The upper pressure roller uses cylinder clamping, allowing for adjustable pressure. During machine shutdown or maintenance, the sheet metal can be easily extracted, saving maintenance time and costs.
The control system is equipped with a length deviation alarm system.
The machine uses frequency converters for speed control in both the milling cutter and conveyor sections. This is primarily aimed at controlling the surface roughness during milling and effectively protecting the motor, extending its lifespan.
