Introduction to Welding Workbenches

Apr 19, 2026|

A welding bench is a worktable designed for welding small workpieces. The main body is made of HT200-HT250 cast iron, with T-slots or holes on the surface for workpiece fixation and slag removal. The structural design conforms to GB/T 22095-2008 standard. The table surface can be rectangular, square, or circular. The blank is cast using resin sand or cement sand lost foam casting technology, and some products undergo annealing and natural aging treatment to ensure stability.

This equipment is available in standard and three-dimensional flexible modular types. The three-dimensional flexible welding bench uses standardized hole modules, achieving a 5-ton clamping force through patented pin connections, with positioning accuracy controlled within ±0.1mm. Precision models are equipped with a grating pulse counting system, with a speed range of 0.25~3.5r/m. The modular design supports three-dimensional spatial splicing and, combined with electric actuators and slide rails, enables multi-station operation, widely used in automotive manufacturing, construction machinery, and welding robotics.

The 3D welding platform integrates sensor and machine vision technologies. Its patented design reduces human intervention and improves welding quality. Typical applications include shipbuilding and aerospace.
